The latest one you posted will get a steady 200 all the time, and sometimes will jump up to about 350-400.
Both the processor and Video card have good performance.
And not only Minecraft, you can play other games at very high FPS. Any game, in fact.

For a server, with reasonable internet, possible a few thousand. But, if you mean MB, then just 1-5.
