I like it, I'm making my own texture pack, but it isn't very good either. What I do is, I make it how I think it'd look good, get feedback from people, then improve. Hope this helps!

Another weird thing on Minecraft I've seen is a floating mountain. It was really weird, like a n island spawned in an extreme hills biome, but it glitched. I mad a house in it though.
