Hi, Jmal, thank you for your comment. The mecanism only works when in launch mode or when the panel is being manipulated. Other than that there's no redstone activity. Delay is used to time the different stages of the launch mode. Sorry, I'm not sure I understood your question properly. Hope this helps!
