Well, you see, you said "I have work On a server before for 3 years." and also said " I have played scice version 1.3.2.". now, All grammatical errors aside (we all have typos) 1.3.2 was released in august 2012 and it is currently June 2014, about 2 years. Either you counted incorrectly or are lying

I think the IP is wrong, it might be your local wi fi IP go to whatismyip.org for the correct one, if it says that one then idk whats wrong cause i can't join

If you want to have enchants more than normal i sugest getting the TimTheEnchanter plugin, it replaces /enchant from essentials with i's own /enchant which allows enchants up to 1000

Experience:I know many plugins and commands some that people don't commonly know.
Have you ever been Super-Mod before: Once, but more commonly i have been mod and Admin, i have also been co-owner a few times and owner once.
Why should we pick you: Because i am helpful, nice, and listen to everyone i am supposed to.
How are you better to be Super-Mod then just Mod:Because I have more experience with commands and dealing with problems than people who are set out to be just mod.

IDEAS FOR YOUR SERVER
Plugins : Chairs - lets you sit on stair blocks
AdminChat - So staff can chat with other staff without /msg
Groupmanager - Ranks

I think you should have a factions and PvP server and if it gets popular maybe add SG Skyblock Skywars, stuff like that

Well, shaders are hard to run but if you want a gaming pc thats good and cheap i sugest checking CyberPower http://www.cyberpowerpc.com I've seen ones for $655, but y'know just my opinion
