I have been a mod on 4-5 servers (most of which have closed) and admin on 1 or 2.

❀ Why do you want this position?

I love working on servers to help players and learn more about community. Being in a position where people look up to you makes getting to know people much easier and I love making friends with other players. I don't believe in just typing paragraphs to get higher positions such as Admin, in my opinion that should be earned. By being a Mod I could help keep everyone happy and keep the server a fun place for everyone.

I am good at keeping people calm in stressful situations and keeping everyone happy and talking to each other. I am good at making everyone feel welcome and like they are really an important part of the server community.

❀ What will you bring to our server?

I can help bring a since of community (as mentioned earlier) and players as I have many minecraft friends from the several years I've played minecraft. Although I don't want to promise anything.

Why you think you should be promoted to that rank?:
I have been mod/admin on 5-6(ish maybe a few more) servers so I have experience on how to deal with who doing what and when it is really necessary to do something about it. I am pretty friendly and get along with everyone pretty easily without bribing the players to like me with excessive drop parties.

I would make sure you have a nice website/forum that talks about your server as well as having a nice spawn(you would be surprised the difference it makes). Also have normal conversations with the players -if they seem interested, you do not want to annoy them- and treat everyone the same, people who dont feel as welcome wont stay!

What Would You Do If a Guy is insulting you?: If a guy(or girl) insulted me, I would calmly remind them that it is impolite and if they continue, do what needs to be done to stop it, nothing unreasonable of course

Well if you think about it. Lots of people (guys and girls alike) are really shy, and for some people, it's easier to love someone over a video camera and instant message so they have more control over the situation. Also, people that meet over games usually have a lot more in common, so theres less to fight about or disagree. There are lots of cases were it could be a 'false' person on the other end, where they lie about everything, but that is very difficult over voice and video. Things are also less complicated in some cases, over a screen. You could (intheory) visit each other, but until then, you don't have to worry about either side 'moving to fast' and if it becomes uncomfortable you can simply block them and never hear from them again.

As silly as it sounds, online dating is actually safer for some people under the right circumstances (you have proof of the other person not being a 'false' person for starters)

18. Why are you applying?: I enjoy helping on servers and helping the people on them. I have been playing Minecraft alot recently but have grown bored of single player and random multi-player servers, and would like a server I have a reason to play on for more than a little while.
19. What do you hope to accomplish for the server?: I hope to help the server grow and have a friendly community with little crime. I also hope to help all the players on the server feel welcome and at home every time they play.
20. What can you bring that others can't?:I have a creative mind and get along well with many people of all kinds. There for, I can make the players be happier on the server more than some people could. I am fairly talkative so I can bring company to anyone that feels lonely :(
21. Anything else you may want to add?: I know I am fairly young, and most people don't want young staff. But I would consider myself mature for my age and many people tell me I act more like I am 15 than 12. Also, I have done websites before if you need any help with that.
