I definitely agree with your reasoning, I was thinking of applying, but after reading the other applications, I realized how strict you were. I'm only 14 years old, but i'd consider myself a socially adept teenager, I believe that I can get along with anyone. However, I realized that the probability of becoming a staff member on your server was under 3%.
I agree with your reasoning though, the younger fraction of minecraft players tend to become out of control when it comes to having a great responsibility in servers.
