OK so I am Tyler, simple enough. I will just go through a small list and once I am done you can tell me whether or not my resume fits what you need.

Experience: I have lots of experience with building in general, and have become very good with world edit if you allow staff to use that. I am also very good with plain creative. I really enjoy making huge castles/underground fortresses but I would prefer more of a 'desk job' as a staff member.
Time Spent Playing MC: Generally about three years and I have been a staff member on numerous servers, mostly small servers because I like more closely knit communities. I have either stepped down because the server got too big or the server went offline because it was just run by a couple of friends.

I would just like you to acknowledge that I have had various experiences with griefers, spammers , and advertisers. All of these are major trolls and they have different ways to be dealt with and it would all depend on your rules and whether or not you are a server that likes to ban people.
