What do you mean is there is a host name, click direct connect and type 68.102.193.44

PMC/Discussion Banned from chat for -1 hours. What does this mean?

I'm not completely sure what that could mean, but I'm just going to take a stab at this, maybe it means permanently banned for LiveTV? Knowing that it says -1 hours, my guess is probably correct.

1st off, Agreed with Zmolahah, please stop posting the same thread. As it is against the rules to spam.
2nd, Please ALWAYS check your spelling before posting, due to incredibly misspelled grammar, I could not understand half of what you were reading.

I found a couple, but it depends, you use Bukkit for a server don't you? If so take a look at these and pick your favorite. http://plugins.bukkit.org/#ti=Ranks&ta= ... alse&pno=0
