What can you do for the server? I can optimize the server make it run smoother and help people out...

What are the plugins you made/customize? I customize plugins to peoples needs I do not create them I just customize them to peoples needs note that because I just want to have fun on the server and make you the owner happier

Experiences: I have owned about 3 servers over the past few years I have dealt with a lot of problems and I have resolved them. I love managing websites and also configuring plugins because I am a "Tech Geek" I love to help people resolve there problems so they are happy. Making people happy is another thing I have a love for also having fun witch I can create that through the servers plugins tinkering with them and making them run a lot smoother with all the other plugins.

What plugins are you great at configuring? I am good at configuring most every day plugins I have a lot of experiance with coding plugins and also modifying plugins so they are better than they used to be... My skills have decreased sence I have not been on the computer for months now and I have been doing more practice sence the day I came on witch was about 2-3 weeks ago and I almost have it all back to normal just a little more practice and I am good.

What server were you staff on? I have only been staff on my own servers witch ran between 50-100 people at one time. I ended up selling the servers and moving on with life cause that seemed to be holding me back with my social life... Long story short my life is on a computer so why not stay that way?

Everything noticeable about you: I am a really kind loving person who likes to help people I am a nerd and I love minecraft and I have a dream to start streaming here sometime soon.

2) What country do you live in? I live in the United States of America
3) Do you have experience has a server developer? Yes, quite a few experiances... I have developed my own server 3 or 4 times I used to do work for people to help develop there servers, also I love working with files to make servers amazing.
4) Have you ever made a plugin? No, I have not ever made a plugin but I have made quite a few plugins much better by working with the config files and all that cool giz.
5) Do you have skype or teamspeak? Yes I do have skype, It is lacrosseman_18
6) Are you good with PvP Servers? Yes I am verry familliar with them I love to go in them and win a lot of people for there items and other sorts of prizes, yes and if you are asking yourself is this guy right for him to develop my server... the answer to that is Yes.

What will you bring to the community and staff?: I can bring a good vibe to the community, I can keep the commuinity in line with all the rules and Make sure there is no funny buisness going on in the server.
What do you believe your responsibilities are?:I believe my responsibilities as admin or moderator is to see if there is nothing bad going on in the server, for admin you take on bigger responsibilities like banning people if they are misbehaveing, you deal with greef and people who break the rules.

- Age I'm 15

- Experience (I don't under stant what type of experience) I have played FTB sence it came out... I know a lot about it like the blocks, how to make them, and also most importantly how to use them. Experience of being staff... I have been staff on all three of my previous servers... They were all sucessful, I ended up selling them to a good friend.

- Availablity I'm avalable every day from about 5:00pm or sooner to about 9:00 pm or later. I can come up with some sort of thing to get on every day.

Build Level: My building level is about a 17-20, I'm really good at building exotic things... but trust me I am much better at technical stuff like server files and all that.

W.E. XP: I Know a ton of stuff about world edit I have previously owned 3 servers witch most of them were and built but I know
how to use w-e and the basics of it... I know some confusing commands but you don't use those much or at all sometimes.

Why would you be good for this job?: I think that I would be good for this job because I have owned quite a few servers, and I would love to manage one again... I just dont have the money to make one again. So I would love this job because I would not have to pay for the server I would just have to do technical stuff on the server, doing technical stuff is my passion I am in high school learning about building, Selling, and creating new computers.
Past experience: Some past experiences that I have had, I have owned a hub server before and would love to manage one again with out the responcibilites of paying bills, wondering if I'am not going to have the money, How many people donate, and etc. That is just way to much for a 15 year old... I also have started developing my own mods and plugins for servers and for single player... and Yes I am that nerdy kid that plays minecraft all day after school (sorry getting off topic here) Once I get an oppertunity I take it and follow through with it for years apon years so basicly I am really devoted and deducated to my stuff.
