How much experience do you have with coding/configuring plugins:
During my experience and memory I have configured multiple plugins although my skills with it aren't that high up. I have been configuring plugins for prison type servers for 3 years now. I don't know how to code unfortunately but I can still help with many things.
How much time can you be on:
At least: 2 hours a day, at most 4 hours.
Why do you Qualify:
I qualify because I have a lot of experience especially with prison type servers, I am a decent builder and I love helping both players and fellow staff. I don't abuse my powers/commands and like I said I believe I am quite mature.
How will you benefit our staff team:
I will benefit your staff team by minimizing tasks as I can fill in and do it for them. I can help them with building or just build it myself, I can help with some plugins and other things. I will benefit the staff team by helping players if you guys are offline and by reporting hackers, griefers, Abusing staff and if there are missing permissions I would report that as well.
How would you punish players:
I would punish players based on what they did, for example if they spam or advertise I would mute them. But if they were hacking I would give them a temp ban for about 30 days. If they were griefing i would perm ban them. If a higher rank staff member decided to abuse players and the servers I would firstly report this issue with the owner as he has the most power and can take away his rank or possibly ban him.
