My *PERSONAL* opinion is that enjin sites are somewhat ugly, and I have seen so many of them that it is nothing new.

Ram isn't the answer to all problems. The biggest bottleneck with people hosting servers at home is internet speed.

My suggestion is to not even ask to be Operator. The average user is not going to get OP, so why not do what everyone(thats not staff) will experience?

Mobs have been enabled in all worlds, seeing as before they were only in one world.

Age doesn't matter to most things in my opinion. You just need to show maturity in game, for staff applications. Age is just some arbitrary number which shows how long you have been around.
