At first, I thought, "I've already made so many vehicles, how hard can it be?", and then I was completely stumped before I even got 20% of the bogies done.
I had to maintain a sense of awe for unfamiliar territory, so I started learning again.
I bought a new hard drive to back up my SEV and MZK files. In fact, I already store my map files in four different locations.
I've lost far too many map files that are very important to me, so I'm extremely obsessed with backups. If SEV and MZK are also lost due to an accident, I will definitely become depressed and then give up Minecraft completely.
Many PMC users who are now level 70 or higher were "Masters" in my early years of playing Minecraft. Their creations were often shared from PMC on Chinese Minecraft forums for download. I remember the first map I downloaded was Defroi shipbuilder's Lilypad. Now, I can do what they did and create huge Minecraft projects myself!
Version 26.2 has been released, but this version doesn't yet have WorldEdit, so I need more time to test the effects of cinnabar and sulfur on the build.
However, the basic colorimetric tests are quite satisfactory.
After struggling with Buran's keel, we can finally lay the cargo hold covers.
Well, the 1K cargo hold has white insulation material, while the 2K uses yellow anti-rust paint. Each aircraft has its own color scheme, so we needed to make some backups.
The main tower of the Sagrada Familia is finished, but the "Glory Facade" remains to be completed, which is estimated to take ten years.
I'm wondering if anyone wants to take on the challenge of recreating it in Minecraft. This might be one of the most amazing creations in Minecraft build history!
I recently came across a 1:43 scale model of the ZIL-49601 and really liked it. However, after searching through various sales channels, I only found one seller on eBay, and it was extremely expensive.
So, I used my budget to buy a 1:72 scale model of the MAZ-79221 (Topol-M missile). I plan to use the remaining budget to further expand my collection of European sports car models, but I haven't decided which one to buy yet.
Whenever I don‘t know how to color scheme or weather my build, I watch some model making videos to see how the model makers do it, which is very inspiring!
The new blocks revealed on Minecraft LIVE look pretty good: I think military vehicle builders will absolutely love the Poplar series blocks; their color is very similar to the desert gray of military vehicles, much better than sandstone.
Wool stairs and steps also solve the long-standing pain point of Minecraft's lack of detail in colored blocks. When I want to create some vibrant paint jobs, I finally have a block variant with a bright color. (But I think with wool stairs, there won't be any concrete stairs anymore.)

Well, a jam is a PMC feature that allows people to submit skins, texture packs, maps, etc. often going off of a theme. This one in particular is autumn/fall themed. It will likely be held during… well… Fall!
Help bring our upcoming October in-game event to life by creating a festive NPC skin! Think scarecrow farmers, pie vendors, wandering storytellers, anyone you'd meet at a cozy Fall celebration. Give them a name, a location in the festival, and maybe even a few fun lines of dialog. Your creation could become part of the festival world!
We're gearing up for an exciting Fall Festival on Planet Minecraft, and we need your creativity to make it spectacular! Join the Planting Season Jam by contributing builds, blogs, or art inspired by autumn themes like harvest, cozy vibes, and festive celebrations.
