a chair is an object used by some primitive humans to conduct a ritual known as "wrestling" wherein a chair (typically made of steel) is used by one participant to scratch the back of another as a sign of respect and gratitude. this practice was almost lost to time but thankfully evidence has resurfaced in recent archeological discoveries.
