9/10 Honestly, my maturity level changes when i am with friends and when i am working. Honestly i'm extremely mature when it comes to server responsibility.

I want to become a staff for it can help with my administration career by handling and managing multiple problems and/or people at once. Not only that i would love to expand my circle of friends since the current one i have is rather small. I want to be able to help the server become more well known by being a friendly and understanding staff member

Honestly i can say with confidence that i am a very easy-going person, i am a bit stuck up tho. Being so easy-going help with being able to talk to members of the server as well as the staff. Communication and resolving problems with two individuals are my specialty, with this is the problems requires some sort of punishment i will be fair and just with the sentence. Also from what i have seen i can bring an administration position for the times that most of the staff will be asleep with me being from Australia i can generally look after the server from griefers while most of the other staff sleep, i do have insomnia so it does help with being able to stay up until other staff can join to help look after the server.

I will be staying short term if i find myself enjoying the server's community, if i find the server's community friendly and staff respect one another then i most likely stay long term.

Most of my experience with servers have been roughly 1.2 before but i have my own bukkit server that runs roughly over 250+ Plugins that i nearly know every command off by heart, i have been Mod on 5 1.2 servers Admin on 4 1.2.5 Servers ( all servers have shut down ) Admin on roughly 10 on 1.5.2 that never fully got started. But if i had to rate my experience in dealing with admin/staff positions i would rate my self 87/100
