Experience: Well i have been staff on many servers. I have been an helper Moderator Admin Owner and Co-owner and Developer on multiple servers. I am at the moment a Co-Owner on server called RevengeMc. I been staff a lot for server i applied for. I was an admin one one server and i have a responsibility of watching the server while higher staff weren't on. I have a lot of experience on handling a server with 30+ players on at once even by my self i could help everyone out. I even ran my own server hosting once and i made a lot of money but my friend that ran it with me took all of it so i gave up and just tried to start my own little server and grow from there. I stop for a while and then just tried to apply for other servers and help other people out.

Why You Want To Help Us: (Because i have been very helpful from the past on a other server and i was mod but then they were going to move me to admin i was happy but then they treated me badly and i tried for about half a year to find the server that needs help i would like to be staff because my real talent is helping people making there feeling good and i am not like the other staff every person who messages me i would read it if they need help and i like to give warning and that is just my talent and i like to participate to.create fun and make people to stop hacking and follow the rules. I know what responsibilities I have and I know how to be a front figure for players. Even if I get pissed off by someone I will do my best to make the situation better on a calm and professional way as possible. And I'm usually very positive. I'm also beginning to be on the forums every hour to check some stuff and give feedback and advice.

Additional Information: Yes something about my self: I'm a guy in Portland there love to play minecraft. I began early in the minecraft beta version. Minecraft is just my free time. And as many people probably knows that it is hard sometimes in the human life so I've considered that "I'll always be happy there's nothing to be sad about. It's just a game"
And by the way. I love to help people, specially you guys /girls because I would not have applied as Moderator if I wouldn't help anybody, I won't abuse it. I will be using the permissions I am being allowed to do good stuff such as muting people who deserves it, and that's people who for example is; Trash talking, swearing, advertising and just and generally just spamming the chat with messages that is not acceptable. And banning hackers if I am getting a staff rank who have access to ban hackers. Hackers is not worthy to play on the server. I will be helping the people who needs help, and usually being kind to everyone. want to say I will do my very best if I'm getting staff on the server, and I'm ready to stand up discussions against the people that wants to discuss for some reason. And As I have previously mentioned, I have been Staff on a major PvP server and Owned a server too. I believe this increases my chances of getting the staff role compared to other people who apply. I am experienced with commands and I am extremely kind and confident with players when talking to them, which is an essential skill for all Staff members. I'm attentive to anyone who needs help in game, and can be as active as possible in game, on the forums and in Skype Chats. I believe I bring skills such as activeness, kindness although I can be strict when I need to be; I am very good at finding hackers and catching people who are not following the rules in game and in chat. I am also very professional when it comes to speaking to players and other members of Staff. I am a very kind person indeed and i like to share ideas with people and to corporate with them and i think really fast i think like i am a jet and i don't get very small ideas i get nice ideas to bring people on the server and too love it i also like to experience that people who do not follow the rules that they should because if it your favorite server why the heck would you be hacking or not following the rules so i think i am a very smart Fifteen year old that can help your server.
