2 new world generation options/presets:

Realistic- Generates your world in a realistic way, and each biome generates in the fashion their real world counterparts are formed. No floating islands, hang-y cliffs, or other fantasy generation.

Skylands- Generates the entire world as an endless world of floating islands. All of these islands vary in size depending on biome and terrain. The void is completely open below the lower islands.

snicketydog...go to the nether... but for what? to get to the end? Oh, so the whole point is to go to the end? I think that is incredibly daft. I think they need to have a better goal in the long run.

There isn't really much of a "story" or "goal" because Minecraft isn't really about that. It's mostly about building, creativity, and evolution with the stuff you make. If you want to have a big story, with the fancy ending and everything... you could try Story Mode.

WAIT, SCRATCH THAT. As a matter of fact, don't. PLEASE DON'T.

That sounds like an amazing idea, they should definitely do that in the next update.

I would make it so that mooshrooms can spawn with one of two patterns:

The default red mushroom pattern

A new brown mushroom pattern that mooshrooms can spawn with.

Brown mooshrooms drop their brown mushroom counterparts.

True, but just because it's a fresh Idea doesn't always mean everyone will like it either. There have been fresh and new Ideas that not a lot of people have liked. Well, at first.

JahumakalMojang better do something good with 1.9, they ruined factions/pvp with 1.8.
Making TNT slide and removing the block-hit mechanic spoilt the game.

Blocking wasn't even that useful to begin with. And there are ways to raid bases without using TNT.


Blocking didn't do anything other than slow you down.

Blocking shielded you from some damage, but it's more efficient to be attacking your enemy instead of blocking them. You're only delaying your death like that.

...which is something that many MC players want in the game. I don't see why it would be a bad idea, really.

Please tell me, I'm pretty curious.

OT: I came up with my name for Minecraft because I was called "Comicfreek" back in 2011 on an art website. I then decided to add 123 at the end of it when I registered it for Minecraft because someone else apparently has the username Comicfreek. (Wot?)

Actually, your second hand (I'm guessing that's what you're referring to) can't be used to... do stuff, other than place torches and wield shields.

Originality, and the chance to make friends. But mostly friends, because even if the server has an unoriginal idea, I can guarantee that if you have a personal connection with just about anyone on a server, it will become your favorite for that reason.

I can understand why people would request... well, a lot of things I've seen them request and they aren't all very bad Ideas I have to admit. Although what I don't get is why people are requesting the addition of guns. Like... seriously? Guns? That doesn't even fit the theme of Minecraft itself which takes on a medieval type theme, so things like swords and bows make sense. If you want guns in the game, just install a mod. They're there for a reason.

I don't know what could be wrong with it, I'm not having any authentication problems. Maybe it's an area based thing. (I live in the US btw)

Right now, what I want is for them to implement some kind of "anti grief" block to be used by OP players. When placed, the block will act as the server spawn protector does, and will protect an area over a certain radius. You can open a GUI in the block (Like a Command Block) and edit the protection radius.

I also want mod support for realms.


MINERGUY67880Maybe an age limit? 13+ would be nice. It might help stop little kids from spamming and stuff.

I don't think that would make much of a difference on MC's player base. I mean, look at games like CoD. They're rated M, yet we still hear of many squeakers over voice chat.
