4. Depends, If it's just normal moderation (Chat mangagement, handling player reports, etx) and server maintenance then no, but coding custom made plugins, yes.
5. 3-5 hours, I have alot of school work right now, but when on holidays around 4-7 hours per day
6. It really depends on the server rules, if the server says to temp/perm ban them, I will do so, if it just says to block them on twitter, then I'll do that
