Ventox is a 1.20+ cross-compatible Bedrock and Java Edition modernized Faction and Minigame server, taking various elements from Survival Multiplayer (SMPs) and infuses them in to the competitive environment of a Faction Server - creating a hybrid between old school Minecraft and modern Minecraft.

Built on the foundations of Hide or Hunt, a popular gamemode by YouTuber RyanNotBriann, Ventox offers an unique style to Factions with the introduction of a Skill System, Machines, Quests, and an economy of shops and settlements. Envision a towny SMP with events fused together with raiding other Factions~

Alongside the Faction server, we also host Hide or Hunt minigames, similar to the style seen in RyanNotBriann or Sword4000 videos.

At Ventox, we are always looking for new builders to join our team to ensure success.

We are expanding our reach, services, and thus our capacity. In doing so, our Build Team is expanding!

We are currently looking for experienced builders who are ready to join a team-driven environment to work on a range of projects including large-scale "hubs" and small scale gardens - including everything in between.

Our Build Team consists of a three-level hierarchy system [Helper, Builder, Head Builder]. Compensation is provided. Must be able to work in a team environment, be able to join and contribute to voice calls, and be able to manage tight deadlines with proficiency.

Our Staff Team consists of a five-level hierarchy system [Trial, Mod, Admin, Sr Admin, Manager]. Must be able to work in a team environment, be able to join and contribute to voice calls, and have experience playing/being on the server.

We've had multiple applicants reach out to us since posting this, however, recruitment is still open. Actively looking for both staff and builders, although builders are a bigger priority at the moment for our team.

I've attached some more build pictures so applicants know the style and scale we are looking for. There are various roles on the build team that need filling including those who can use WorldPaint, Assistants/Small Task Builders, Large Task Builders, Terraformers.

Experience with World Edit and/or Axiom are considered assets.

Hey everyone,

With the announcement of some new Mace-based mechanics in the upcoming 1.21 update related to bouncing, Ventox is excited to start working on some first-to-be-seen concepts that require some builds. This is in addition to our original inquiry for builders and staff. We'd like to establish a large enough team to ensure we have builds ready to go whenever 1.21 decides to launch.
