What are your skills in minecraft: I am highly skilled at using plugins, commands and i'm very good at finding people using hacks.
Why should I pick you: You should pick me because i'm mature, kind, Extremely good at you plugins and highly experienced in solving conflict.
Are you friendly to others or mean?: I am extremely friendly, kind, trusting.
Have you ever griefed?Was it for fun?: I have never griefed i don't enjoy it because your ruining people's fun on servers and if they built a good house and they see it destroyed there not going to being happy.
Other information: These are scenarios and what i would do to solve it.
Proceed to revoke the abusers powers and then (depending on the severity of abuse) Ban/Temp-Ban the player. Then contact the owner and report to him/her what has happened, if it was a staff member i would get screens shots and send it directly to you and ill tell the staff member what they are doing is wrong and they should be way more respectful to the server and the owner.
If someone accused someone of hacking/cheating. How would you proceed? I would ask the player to send me any proof or evidence on the forums, including as much information as possible. I would ask the player to not talk about the incident with any other players, and to give me a rundown on what has occurred. I would then Investigate the accused player immediately. Any immediate suspicions will be dealt with the appropriate warnings/bans. I would then continue my investigation and come to a conclusion, taking the appropriate action. I believe every player should be innocent until proven guilty, but that every acquisition should be taken seriously with prompt action.
If someone is discriminating someone. How would you proceed? I would ask the player to kindly stop and reassure them that, that sort of behavior is unacceptable. I would then issue official warning or bans etc if I have to, or if the player continues, after being asked to stop.
This is what ill do with younger people's problem: The best way to solve problems with younger people is to first identify the problem and what they are fighting about. After that the best thing to do is have them calm down and then calmly solve the problem with them.
