Previous experience: I have been co-owner twice, Head-Admin once, Admin twice, Head-Mod once, and Moderator 4 times. I have also been known as the "Tech-Guy" or Plugin Manager on servers that I have been staff on.
How often can be be online per day: Usually 5 hours as I am home alone the whole day, some days 2-3 hours.
How dedicated would you be for the server to progress: Extremely dedicated! I have so much time to play, it sounds like fun, and I dont have any other servers to use right now, so I would be on this one alot.
How long have you played minecraft: For 2 years now
Are you good with plugins?: Of course, not configuring them, but installing, knowing the commands, ect. I am very talented as I have been staff just for helping with knowing plugins.
Why should I choose you over other people(What makes you better?): I have time to play, I am experienced, when I skype/ts there wont be anyone yelling in the background, I am great with plugins/commands, and I can be very dedicated.
Will you be active on the fourms?: If you mean forums as in website, of course I will and if you would like I usually help oversee staff applications and decide if they are accepted, I can add posts if they are needed, and I will make sure to check daily.
How would you handle the following(Spammer, Abusive member): A spammer I would give them a warning and tell them that is their only one, if it continues I would kick them, if it still continues I would kick them again, later leading into a temp-ban or whatever you decide.
Some on messages you saying that *NAME* hacks, what do you do? I first ask for proof, if they have no proof I have to say sorry and that they must have proof to show he hacks, if he is hacking I would immediately ban him.

Clear quality Mic: Yes very much so, also no annoying people in the background. Although I can't always talk when I am calling if my parents are around (it annoys them) but they usually aren't around.
Keep in mine Mods are required to know good English and Grammar, Be active, Recruit new members, And advertise. I know how to spell very well, I know my grammar surely, I know a couple people I could invite, and I can make PMC posts, youtube vids possibly, and I have very popular servers to advertise on.
