A grey-listed player is frustrated, he's giving off about not having any commands. What should you do?*: Calm him down and Tell him that he should post his name in the forum to get the rank Player and more commands.
A new player joins the server. What should you do?*: Welcome the player and make sure his first impression of the server is a good one. Also answer any of his questions and help him.
Someone is insulting another person due to their race. What should you do?: I warn them to stop and if they continue I would mute and then if they continue mute again for 15 mins to 30 mins depending on level of racism.
