I used to have an account with 16k subs.. I lost the password. (I would use my email, but I made the account before Gmail bought Youtube and all this complicated stuff with a custom email), So in the last couple weeks I've been preparing to make it again. I playing on an smp server with Youtubers and you can ask them if you don't believe me. They have 1k - 2k subs. Link1 Link2 Link3

I really, really hope you aren't serious.

Believe me, I'm all for armed guards (perhaps even teachers) and getting rid of gun-free zones, but elementary age children should not be carrying weapons to school. Let armed guards do that.

But heaven forbid the parents take responsibility for their own lack of parenting skills. I mean leaving a gun accessible to a nine year old child? The parents should be facing justice, not some nine year old child that was obviously never taught any better.

If the child is trained to be responsible with a gun, why is giving them access to a gun such a problem? Kids should be trained to handle guns with care, not to be deathly afraid of them. This is coming from someone who wasn't raised big on guns (however I am a huge 2nd amendment supporter).



I was completely joking.. Yeah Minecraft's not to blame though.

It is more of a crime to take away Minecraft from someone than to bring weapons to school.

They somehow manage to blame a video game that it based on building houses and such. There are no guns in the entire game, or a hammer even.
You can defend yourself with a sword or bow/arrows, but the game makes this a last resort option, where building a shelter it the preferred method of keeping your character safe. Even so, this is all if you decide to play in survival mode. That's right, the game allows you to choose if you want any violence in it at all. (Peaceful Mode)

As for the reporting, it is very disappointing that a news network would let something like this slip through. It would have only taken 10 seconds to google "Minecraft" and see that your story was going to make you look like fools.
