Why?: I used to run servers for Minecraft a lot back in the day when I was more into it; and lately I've been too busy with school and work to be able to actually run a server. But, some free time has opened up for me for awhile and I'm looking to utilize my knowledge of server management, without having to actually run my own server. I have a pretty solid understanding of every aspect of Minecraft servers.

I work at a restaurant as a busboy, and I'm required to work atleast two days on the weekends, but there will always be at least one day on the weekend where I can be on.

How long have you played Minecraft?
I have been playing Minecraft since beta 1.6, which would have been around May, 2011.

What is your minecraft username?
My IGN is Vezdekhod. (I'm American, it's just a Russian word.)

How old are you?
I'm 17.

What skills do you have regarding Minecraft?
Regarding playing the game, I really like to work together with other people on servers to create awesome things, such as redstone creations, houses, or other fun projects. Regarding server management, I really like to see communities grow and develop, as I get to be apart of it. Another skill is "keeping my cool," and remaining mature in a variety of situations, such as younger players raging, to just helping out players with questions and concerns.

What server types do you usually play? (e.g. creative, minigames, prison)
Back when I used to play quite a bit, I really enjoyed Faction PvP servers. I was really into the competitiveness of server type, and I had a lot of fun with it. Lately, I go into create or survival servers just to build and just play Minecraft.

Do you have any previous staff experience?
Yes, I actually have quite a bit. I have owned a small, tight knit community server for about a year and a half, but had to disband it due to some complications. Other than owning a server, I've been apart of the staff team of a few servers, all of which are disbanded.

What is your favorite aspect of LeafCREEPER?
I very much enjoy how each and every plugin is utilized, especially the classes. I find the classes very innovative and extremely fun. I picked ghost. The use of all of these more advanced plugins really is appealing to me, and I would love to learn and use all of them.

Anything else you want to tell us?
I am very familiar with almost all "popular" plugins, such as Essentials, Factions, GroupManager, WorldEdit, etc. I would have to put in some time to learn the many plugins your server has.

I am willing to do some sort of interview over Skype if you'd like to learn more about me and my skill set.

Do you have any experience being staff?
Yeah, I've been hosting my own servers and being apart of other staff teams for over three years. I've been playing Minecraft since I was 12 years old.

How do you wanna improve the server?
I really like to strive for a strong community in the server. This being 10+ or even more people on at a time, daily. I think through the use of certain social skills, and by being a friendly staff member, I can contribute to achieving the said goal.

A hacker starts blowing the server up, what do you do?
Ban the current username that is blowing up the server, but then I'd check console to see what IP they had connected with, then use /ipban to ban their IP address, incase they have alt accounts. Griefing is not tolerable to me.

What time are you online?
3:30 PM - 10:00 PM Central time. (I live in the central USA)

What would you like to be?
Any staff rank that is most needed. I could possibly first become moderator to show you my skills, then promote from there after some time.

When did you start playing minecraft?: I began playing Minecraft around beta 1.6, which was a couple years ago.
When did you start in server management?: Early 2013. I remember just starting out, by buying a server from a hosting company. Everything since that point, I learned everything I know from experience.
Why do you want to become a manager of one of our server?: I've been playing as a player on most servers, for a couple months now. I took a break from server managing, because I found that school was becoming a bit overwhelming. Now that I have a lot of time, I'd really like to get back into managing and maintaining a quality server.
What makes you qualify for this position?: I qualify for this position because I have a very predominant role in leadership, and definitely maturity. I'm 16 years old and I've been playing Minecraft since I was 12. I met many different people of the Minecraft community, and I can say that I'm very experienced in handling stressful situations, and dealing with trolls, teaching noobs, and other social skills that are needed to manage a server.
What Experiences do you have in this?: I have almost 3 years of experience in managing servers. Over these three years, I've run multiple servers, my most successful had around 15-20 players on daily. I am able to single-handedly maintain and configure any and all plugins. If I don't know the plugin, I can easily learn the basics in a few hours.
What Server Would you like to manage?: Either survival factions, or modded servers that use Tekkit, or Hexxit, as you mentioned, I have the most experience in these regions.

(Optional) Favorite things to do as a Moderator with the community: (chatting, events, etc.): Helping out players and watching the community grow is probably the most rewarding part of being a staff member on any server, in my opinion.
Rate yourself 1/10: Maintaining formality, understanding, and authority when players are upset: 8/10
Rate yourself 1/10: Communicating with other players: 10/10: I work well with people, especially peers and people who are younger than me.

How much time (hours a day + hours a week) could you contribute? I get home at 3:30PM, central time, on weekdays, and I can play all night starting then. During the summer it won't be consistent, but it will be a satisfying amount of time.
Experience + proof?
No proof, but I can get a few people to vouch for me. My total experience is:
2012-2014: I ran my own Skyblock/Factions server, complete with fully configured plugins, a stable economy, and 15-20 people on every day. I configured all of the plugins, applied all of the plugins in game, etc.
2013: I was an admin on a friend of mine's server, it didn't really last very long but it was still enough to help me improve as a staff member.
What makes you stand out from any other Moderators or staff we would have on the server?
I honestly think I'm pretty mature for my age, and I can also be a lot of fun. My sense of humor is a lot of fun, and I'm also very easy to get along with, which definitly helps with keeping newer players to stick around and play more often. I also am a perfectionist, which is a good and bad thing. Good, because I won't stop doing something until it's perfect, and bad because it may take me some time to get things done. I basically just like quality, when it comes to everything.

Do you have a mic?: Yes.
Have you owner and/or been staff on any other Minecraft server before?: I've owned a Minecraft server for 2 years, 2012-2014, but I stopped it towards the end of last year because I was busy with school and extra school stuff.
What type of skills do you have?(Coding,building, ect): I have quite a bit of skill in configuring plugins, setting up plugins, etc. Anything with plugins really. If there is a plugin I haven't worked with, then I'm willing to learn them, which won't take long at all.
Explain what experience you have with your skill: I take coding classes in school, primarily HTML/CSS, which really helps with understanding all forms of coding. Most of my experience comes from experience, considering I configured and maintained all of the plugins on my server for two years.
Do you have teamspeak 3?: Yes.
How do you deal working under stress?: It depends on the situation, majority of the time, the only thing that stresses me out is too much things to do in a small amount of time, but even then I can usually handle things well.
