Past experience - I have had a lot of experience as staff on servers especially Admin, i have gone from Moderator to senior Admin because they believe i was worth the rank.
What are the qualities you have that make you right for this position? I am able to control a large amount of people in a server also i can also build help with the factions spawns if you want.
Hours that you are available - 2-4 a day mabye more
Moderator, Builder or Helper (Or something else you have in mind?) - Admin/Head-Admin.

What are you good with in minecraft servers: i am great at being Admin/mod as i can control a large group of people and if needed can ban/mute but only if needed. I can help with projects,buildings etc.
Why should we hire you:You should hire me because i believe you can benefit from having me because of the reasons above.
Can we trust you: Yes you can as i have been Staff on other servers and even gone from mod up to senior admin. Also i have never been banned or muted.
How often can you be on: i can be on 2-4 hours a day.
