Communities/Skinning What Can I Improve On My Skins?

Improve palettes. Even with more simplistic shading, skins look fabulous with the right colours. Once you have that down, you can easily go back and work on different shading styles. Or you could work on both at the same time. You can always get inspiration for a shading style from another skinner and make up your own style.

Overall, all of these factors will grow and improve with practice. Don't force yourself to be creative but let it come with time and practice. The more you do it, the better you become. Nothing will happen overnight if you don't work for it.

Why should we accept you?
I have loads of previous staff experience and work well with other people. I often go out of my way to help other players to make a safe, enjoyable community for them to return to. I know how to work with basic commands, most plugins, moderating chat, and hosting/organizing events. I've worked my way through ranks from being a Helper to becoming an Admin. I'd consider myself a fairly good builder and would love to help contribute to building whatever the server needs.

Previous Experience:
Previously stated, I do have varying experience on numerous other servers with being a staff member. My experience ranges through Helper, Builder, Moderator, Admin, and even Co-Owner. I've always been intrigued by the idea of getting into Dev responsibilities but haven't had a chance to learn or really get into it, unfortunately. I have also been a helpful contributor to ideas for events and projects.

Will you be responsible/mature/respectful to others who help?:
Of course! I'm used to working with a staff team and even managing and helping out other staff members and players. I'm all too willing to accept help from others and ask questions if needed or even answer questions that others have. Like I said before, I want a safe, fun community for players and staff.

6) Why Should You Have This Rank: I'd take my time to learn about the server and the community, and I bet this app has no intention of being accepted but I thought hey, worth a try.
First of all let me start with that I know I'm young but I'm quite mature for my age. I know when to be serious and when I can be playful. I'm not one of those people that are always on people about things. I will admit that I am not without fault- I can be a bit lenient at times.
I dislike having arguments and disagreements with others, I try to avoid them and stop them from occurring.. but, at times when I feel passionately about something I might try to fight for it, if it seems right.
I suppose you've heard the quote, "Curiosity killed the cat", and I am afraid, I am that cat. I am a curious person, I ask a lot of questions at times, and I can be nosy but I try to refrain from that xD
As stated above, I do have experience with higher ranks as well as lower ones, but one should not be labelled as lower than another, as we're equal. I know the responsibility it takes to be a staff member, and how it may be challenging at times. I am generally patient and I will try my best, no matter the response to this application.
Helping is just something that I do, weather it be on a server or in the school hallways. I try to help people as much as I can in the best of my abilities. Connecting with other people and players is my goal, because a community connected is the best kind. I know the feel of being left out of things and being ignored, by which is awful, so I try to best to befriend others when I can. I'm able to set down rules that's fair and justifiable for everyone.
To conclude this, I believe I possess necessary qualities of being a good staff member. I'm a quick learner and I catch on to things easily, I know the basic commands, I know the responsibility, and I promise I will try my best if I get the chance to join the staff team!
