How long have you been playing minecraft: Just over 3 years, I've played Minecraft almost everyday. I've run a lot of servers which is why I spent so long playing.
How good are you at spotting hackers (1- 10): I'd give myself a 8-10, It's quite hard spotting a hacker and you need a very good eye. I feel that I can tell who is hacking by the way they are talking and chat, and the fact that they're probably flying.
How loyal you are: I am very loyal, I will never dishonor you, other staff, players or the server. I'm willing to help with almost anything that is thrown my way.
How you will help the server: I can help the server by stopping people from hacking and abusing things that may be errors (glitches in code). I also am very dedicated and respective as I treat people fairly and equally. I have a lot of experience in running servers so I can help advertise and also help with problems.
Why you want to be staff: I want to be staff so I can help people and make your server more popular and a more fun place to be for people.
Why you want to be admin: As Admin I feel you have a lot of power, you need to be respected and trusted, I feel I can make every staff member respected and trusted by both other staff members and even players, making the gaming experience more fun. I can also help a lot with things outside the server, I am a Free-lance graphic Designer who is keen to help. I can create logos and banners for the server which will make it stand out. I'm also very good with plugins having dealt with them for just under 2 years.
How long can you come on everyday?: I can get on at least 4 hours a day, maybe more depending on the day and how busy I am with work.
How good are your building skills: I'd rate myself a 8 at building as I have a very good eye for detail, I'm better at interior design but with a little training and help, I can become good at exterior.
How good are your leading skills: I am a very good leader, I'm not one of those who people are scared of and hate, I'm likable and I'm very easy to get along with, I like to have a bit of fun but at the same time, things must be done and rules must be followed.
Past experience: I owned a network of servers, including 5, Each had at least 15 players on at once and even more sometimes. I have a lot of experience in configuring plugins and also building as I had to build spawns for the servers. I find it very easy to overcome errors because as a Server-Owner, errors come up a lot and as a rookie, 2 years ago, I had to fix them, a year past and I knew how to fix an error straight away. I have also been admin or higher on quite a few servers which were closed down. I've been a Co-Owner on 3 Tekkit servers which the Owner lost.
