Silver371jdf2This has been going through my mind lately. So here it goes:
NOTE: Priscilla stands for all the people who do this including boys. Even if I say her after it it still means boys.
First off: Cell Phones/Other electronics:
At most schools people bring phones. Almost every school has a rule against bringing your phone. My school says "As long as a teacher can't see it you can have it. But when a teacher sees it it will be taken up for your parents to come get." So when people bring a phone they get it out in class. I can under stand in the hall way or somewhere a teacher has a less chance of seeing it. But in the classroom? Really? Worst part is when the teacher tries to take it up they get all mad and say they didn't do nothing. Most of the students at my school who do it will do the following: *playing on phone* *Teachers spots it* *Student slides phone in pocket* "Teacher: Give me your phone" "Student: I don't have a phone" *continues arguing* *Finally gives it up* "Student: *mumbles a bunch of junk and complete nonsense*"
You got caught. Boo Hoo, its your fault. I could write so much more on this part but I don't see a need.
2. No talking:
Is this really that hard? I mean really. There is this one girl in my grade named Priscilla (Fake name). She is the biggest drama queen you will ever meet. I have her in one period and she is complete <jdf2's snip machine>. The teacher tells everybody to be quiet and she just keeps talking. And no not the little quiet whisper we all do in class. She just doesnt have an inside voice you could say. Is not talking really so hard?
3. Be mature
Ok this can be kinda hard. But its not hard not to make an immature joke. The hard part is not laughing. But Priscilla laughs so loud. ON PURPOSE. People say stuff like "That's what she said" behind the teachers back and everyone just bursts out laughing. Then everyone gets mad when they get in troble. Oh yeah and Priscilla makes immature noises. (You know what i mean)
4. Manners/be polite?
At lunch Priscilla talks with food in her mouth. ma'am? Yes sir? No just stuff like OrNah, *loud lip smack* ok. So much more...
This din't even cover what I wanted to. I might edit this and add more. I'm kinda in a rush to finish this. (Bout to go be sure my exam project is ready.)
Reply with what you think is wrong with students theses days. Or whats better with them.
1) People have phones now a days. It's natural to own them now. I have no problem with a school taking my phone for a day but I do if it takes it for 2. That is implying that they are my guardians and can take my phone privileges from me.
2) Talking, do I really have to start. Adults can talk whenever they want while not teaching so when the teacher is on the computer and we finish we aren't. We are surrounded by 20+ kids our own age and we can't talk to them.
3) Deal with it.
4) Deal with it.
For numbers 3 and 4 adults also do that. Not everyone in the world is mature and not everyone can be.
