You don't need a Z97 or Z87 unless you are overclocking. Which I don't think he is.

You can upgrade windows 8.1 to Windows 10 for free. Or you can get Windows Ten or get Windows 7 and Upgrade to Windows 10. Great parts, all of them have 4.5 to 5 star review. Very Similar to my personal gaming desktop.

Well there was this website called minecraftforums.com or .net whatever.
I checked it out and it looked like it was for fools, just posting forums. The website was not really desighned to post actual thins so I decided not to be a fool and went to pmc where everything is awesome and easy to use.

O you would need a processor intel i5 should be good for your budget. then a hard drive. And then a graphics card.
