Bans: I have been banned 2 times. Although, they were silly reasons.
Experience being Staff: I have been staff on many servers. I'm currently a Jr.Admin on a server with 200 players daily that I'd rather not advertise unless I get permission to. I have handled various servers among the minecraft multiplayer world. It isn't as hard for me as it might be for fellow minecraft players because of my experience.
How mature are you: I could rate my maturity a 9/10. I could be foolish at times, but I would be serious if necessary.

Why should I hire you?: Well, there are several reasons. 1. I have the experience as a staff member on various servers. This will help me improve on leadership skills I have yet to accomplished and follow old tasks. 2. I am capable of handing servers. It might be difficult for players to "handle" a server that they don't know anything about. I would like to control the server and use my experience to help the server.
How can you Help: My experience + Maturity will help throughout the rest of the server.

Plugins/Building experience: I am fairly known to many plugins as of now, and building isn't really my style. Plugin management would be fairly simple for me.
How much will you Dedicate to the Server: I am capable of dedicating atleast 2 hours to the server, although I would be very active. Especially on weekends.
How Long have you been Playing Minecraft: I have been playing minecraft since 2012.
How will you Treat New Players: I would treat players with respect throughout the server. I would show them around and hope they would enjoy the server.
How will you Treat Rule-Breakers: Rule-breakers would be punished for their crime. Whatever crime they committed will fit the punishment.
Why we should Pick You (5 sent. min.): I believe I could bring a good change towards your server. With my experience in plugin management, controlling various servers, and helping out servers it would be very useful. My dedication would bring tons of players' attentions. I will be social and try to get the staff members involved with the community. I would manage and configure plugins that have errors. As mentioned, I'm currently Jr. Admin on a server with a decent amount of players. The name is RisingHeroes and I help with configuring plugins IF the developers don't know how to configure it. (Which is highly unlikely to happen)

Experience with multicraft: Since I used to run a server with a friend, I know how to control multicraft. I could rate a 7/10 for my experience with multicraft, as I have a lot to learn about it, which I will.
