Experience: I have been head admin on 1 server, and a moderator of two servers.

Why You Want To Be Staff: This section has no need to be long, therefor ill keep it short and sweet. Simply to enhance the minecraft experience for my peers.
How You Can Help: Assuming this is the one where you try to "sell" yourself to the staff, here goes nothing. First of all I would like to refer to the fact that I am only 16 and a freshman in college, this shows not only my intelligence, but the dedication required to achieve such things. When it comes to getting things done, anyone can go to me for help, regardless if it deals with minecraft, or family issues, i'm always there to listen for anyone willing to talk. I would also like to add my personality to be beneficial to the staff, lol, not in a bad way, but its always good to have new fresh fun faces around! My closing argument would be that i'm a very creative person, along with being a terrific naturalist and medieval/Nordic builder, something that could be beneficial to the server! Im also a builder on the World of Keralis, something you have to apply for, its also one of the largest MC servers on PMC, with over 50k members.

Past experience(You must tell us what your experience is with being a staff member): Head admin, moderator a few times.
Have you ever been banned? Never
What would you do in these situations:
A staff member is using offensive language what do you do? Private message him, obviously something is wrong, whether it be in game or personal, i would do my best to assist.
A player is showing hatred to Hitler, Germans, Jewish etc. What do you do? Give a public warning. Second time is a ban.
A player is insulting another player with hateful words, what do you do? Same as above.
A staff member is flaming another player, what do you do? Take screenshots, report the staff member to authority.
A staff member higher then you is banning everyone and griefing what do you do in this situation? Depends on how the staffcommunicates with eachother, i would try to contact theowner, or head admin in this case.
How long should you ban a person? Depends on the offence.
What is a reasonable banning? Grieving, repeated spam offences, repeated language offences.
What is a reasonable kick? Spam, language, insults.
How well is your knowledge when it comes to plugins? I know how to install plugins and work with them somewhat.
How mature are you? Very mature when needed to be, if im just hanging out, a 7 our of 10.

My name is Blake, I am currently 16 years of age and attend Texas A&M University CC, yes, that is a university. I'm currently doing my basics and aspire to become a neurologist. I come from a small Texas town where everybody knows everybody. During the prime time of my childhood, I was struck by the difficulties of custody battles, which resulted in my move to the city of Corpus Christi Texas. I have one sibling, by brother who is 17 and attending welding school, my father is a service connected disabled veteran, and my mother is, well, for lack of a better term, a bitch. I've grown up in a family that hasn't come from gold, in other words, we are middle-lower class Americans. The lack of money in our family resulted in myself learning the ins and outs of the dollar, giving myself tremendous business skills. I've worked for everything I have, from my new Asus laptop, to my badass lifted truck. My hardships in my early childhood have given me determination, my goal in life is to change the world, whether it be in a small or large way. Making my life meaningful for the better-ship of others is what I live for.

First one didnt go through...now i have to start over...

1. Have you ever had an administrator position or similar role on a Minecraft server before, or have one currently? If so, list all servers you have had a similar role on. If you no longer have this position on a server, explain why in detail.
Head Admin-Friends server, we normaly had about 13 people online.
Moderator-Serenitycraft, here i handled the forums, playerissues(Ingame and personal, and bans)

2. Have you ever experienced a server fail? If so, were you a staff member or player on this server? Why did that server fail? How can you use that previous experience to your advantage in the future?
Yes, i was head admin, the owner tried to WE 10million blocks...
Nothing much to learn considering i already knew what the server could handle.

3. Are you familiar with where to get Bukkit plugins at? Do you know how to install a plugin and configure them?
Yes, i can find, download, and install bukkit plugins.
4. What are your favorite plugins? Why are they your favorite? Do you have any plugins that you do not like?
I like a variety, but towny is a favorite, because its easy to set up and maintain.
World edit is very usefull and very simple.

5. What is your favorite type of servers? PVP, friendly, PVE, Raiding, RPG, etc. Why do you like this type of server?
A RPG vanilla minecraft world is my favorite, mostly because everything ispossible, no limitations. Towny is another favorite, mostly because it protects players stuff, along with letting players go solo building!

6. Do you have any experience with back-end management? VPS set up or managing, Linux knowledge, Minecraft control panels, etc.
To be honest, this isnt my expertise, though im a fast learner(16 year old college freshman)

7. Do you have any other skills related to this position you would like to note? If so, please list and describe each.
