What would be the benefits of you being a staff member [100 words min.]?: As a staff member on this server, I would take it as a job in real life. I will look after and over the players. Anyone not following the rule will have consequences. Anything from spamming to advertising, I will take care of. The server will be in good hands with me as a staff member. I will not only respect the members, but take care of the members. I will hope the respect me just as much as I respect them.
Someone is spamming, what would you do? I would give them a solid one to two warnings and if they still don't comprehend, I will mute them temporarily. Perhaps one hour will do.
Define what a good staff member is: A good staff member is a person who looks over members of a server. They respect and treat everyone equally, no matter if they were banned previously or hate the staff member, they deserve the same respect as everyone else. Staff members look over the server, monitors everything, and sorts out everything if things get out of hand. They are kind, respectful, calm, and most importantly, a good problem solver.
