I need glasses and i have lenses that block out blue light, also i keep my tablet's night light feature on always idk why it looks better that way to me but i guess im saving my eyes with this one

Whatever you do, if there's a night light feature on your device(s), TURN IT ON

Blue light can damage retinal cells and cause vision problems such as age-related macular degeneration (that's what i found online)

If you have an iPhone, search "how to reduce blue light on iphone"

If you have a Samsung, search "how to reduce blue light on samsung"

If you have a Chromebook, search "how to reduce blue light on chromebook"

And make sure to also get screen protectors for your devices that block out blue light effects

And if you need glasses, make sure to also get lenses that block out blue light effects (if you don't need glasses, there's absolutely no need to torture your nose)
