About the Artists!

Howdy Artists!

Welcome to the PMC Artist Community!

This is a place where you can share, find, and promote PMC art!
ALL FORMS OF ART ARE WELCOME!

Our Mission / How to Join

We're still a work in progress, but we hope to be able to eventually host art projects and events to bring more art into the community! So don't hesitate to join in the Guest book!

To join the group, just leave an example of your art and what you do in the guest book! you don't have to be a good artist to enter, you just have to be passionate enough about it to share!

The Plan

I, ( chickenpants93 ) will be personally moderating the community and plan to occasionally shine a spotlight on new cool art! so make sure to share!

RULES

Make sure to follow these rules when posting here!

1. Please only post things relating to art, this can be art you've made or questions you have about art
2. Only post your own original art
3. No inappropriate/overly violent art (no blood, gore, nudity, provocative clothing, or sexual situations/implications)
4. No insulting others art (feedback is fine as long as given in a polite way/asked for)
5. Follow the PMC Rules
6. No spam, if posting several works of art please contain them all in one post if possible
7. Do not trace someone elses art unless it is a base that you have permission to use! If you do use a free base, make sure to specifically say you have done so! If the base creator has asked for credit please make sure to include this as well, or just to include credit regardless, because credit is important. :)
8. No AI generated or assisted art
9. Do not use the post or guest feed to request commissions
On Our AI Policy
Our AI policy is that no art generated to any extent by an AI is allowed in the PMC artist community.
This group is about sharing art created by real artists in order to build off of each other, grow with each other, gather feedback, and find other artists in the PMC community. With that statement in mind AI art is not allowed in this group because by its definition cannot do these things. AI art is pretty cool and has some really good uses, (even if the legality is sketchy) this just isn’t the place, thanks!

Breaking these rules can result in a warning/ban from the group

If you're an artist and would be willing to help out, feel free to drop an application in the guest book as well! Were just starting out and we could use the help building the foundation of the community!

Just tell about yourself and include some of your art, (unless you already did to become a member) as well as what your plans and ideas may be!

  HEY!!! Here's a reminder that every piece of art you make improves on the last !!! i remade a character model after five months, here's what she looked like five months ago (as a wip) :
  and here's what she looks like now, remade (still a wip) :
  i hate quoting techtrillionaires but in the words of some rich guy:
  
  "People often overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in five!!"
  
  So if you feel like ur art is garbage, finish the piece and move on. maybe change your workflow, maybe try to build on a skill you learned while crafting your piece. anyway goodnight pmc ill be feeding you rat models soon
