There's a reason given for every submission removal, with the exception of stuff like someone uploading 12 stolen skins. One skin would be removed with some message stating "only upload content that's entirely made by you", while the other 11 would be deleted without a message left. They were all removed for the same reason, so there's no point in saying the same thing 11 extra times.

The main point i was making was that packs with a random 50% that is edited are actually worse then packs that edit a certain part.
What? You're just guessing in the dark here and assuming a lot of stuff....wemjaAbout the spam reducing factor, have you looked at the recently uploaded page ? most of the time at least 40% of the packs are spam or does not meet the 50%rule.
I am pretty sure that i can still find 10 packs uploaded in the last 2 weeks that did not edit 50% (and a lot of spam pack are already deleted).
Indeed, now imagine what would happen if they lower the requirements even more...

To revise my original statement, there's no way I'd ever support allowing less content than we currently require to be posted as a submission. Our current requirements aren't demanding at all. While I realize that this does limit some artists, like the examples your refered to (nature pack, nether pack, etc.), it also prevents a great deal of spam. If artists want to share packs like those that don't meet our sectional 50% requirement, they're welcome to do so in the forum.
AzieThe Rules"The rule of thumb for resource packs is that they must change at least 50% of all blocks or items, or all of the sounds or user interface elements, to be posted."
That right there allows people to do what you're talking about.
The "50% rule" refers to needing to complete at least 50% of any "major section". "Major section" refers to any section listed by our rules:The Rules"blocks or items, or all of the sounds or user interface elements"

Hello, I'm having a problem with your website. I'm not sure if it's client or server side (Me or you) but every time I go to a new page, every time I make a post, every time I do something that requires the page to change. I get a stupid ad that comes up taking the whole section of my screen, notifying me about "DC Universe" I know how ads work, and how if you visit a certain website and go to a different one, you'll see suggested ads on that previous website. But never have I done anything related to that ad. Anyway, if this is a problem that can be fixed, please do so. It's really annoying. Thanks

Not true. I've been told by our Super Mods that they can transfer ownership of submissions to a new account. The original creator of the submission and the new owner just need to request it. Perhaps this is no longer accurate information, but I figured I'd put it out there.
The reasons people leave typically boil down to three reasons. They move on in life, something more important comes up, or they just get fed up with everything.
