why i should pick you:I have tons of experience as an owner/co-owner/admin/mods/builder etc. I have owned 2 servers and I did all of the perms and plugins myself. I have been mod on 5 servers and in all of those servers made my way up to admin and in 2 I ranked up to co-owner.

Why I should choose you: I have been in charge of many different servers, but not just as an authority figure. I always become good friends with the people I work with and am always coming up with new ideas to make a server's game play/overall experience better.

Experience: I started off as a trusted member on all of the servers I have been staff on (which is 4), and have made my way up to admin and on one even co-owner. I have also had my own server until funds got tight and I had to shut it down.
