Help/JavaEdition Server works on 1 PC but not the other?!?

So I solved my own problem basically my upload speed was .01 mb because my ethernet socket hardware was malfunctioning and they stopped making driver updates for it so even tho it had the latest driver it wasn't working. (killer E2400 super garbage) I had to use a usb ethernet socket and upload speed was correct so now the server works fine.

Thanks it won't quite work for me its like 20% smaller thanks a lot tho its given me ideas for other things.

would a armor stand with the block as the head be the same size as a regular block? cause im trying to make it look like the arrows are passing through a block by replacing them with falling blocks
