What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than they are? -
Remind them to act calm and that everyone is just trying to have fun. And remind them that the admins have the ability to ban if anything bad is happening.
SCENARIO : You get multiple reports on someone that is being fairly abusive in private chat, What you do? (You have access to chat logs) - Check to make sure that the person is not lying, and if you see that they are being mean and abusive give them a warning, if they continue then kick them from the server.
SCENARIO : You just get online and you start getting reports of people being scammed with no proof what is your course of action? -
Ask for proof and if there is none, then there is nothing that you can do, wait and if you see something then video and report.
