What is Mindcrack/Hermitcraft? A small server with very cool people who play together have a laugh and record videos.
How long have you been playing minecraft?:around 2 years do not know specific play time.
Will you be swearing on the server (is it allowed?): personally i dislike swearing but i think everyone puts a cheeky swear word once and again.
Have you ever been banned (if so why?):no why break server rules.if everyone follows the rules theres no issues.
Why do you wanna join my server?:i am looking for a small community to join start a new fresh server and love to start over again on servers untill i find the server that i belongs to who dont judge me for who i am.

Why you want to be staff:
this question comes up a lot on applications i want to be apart of a MC community that i can help and bring my skill towards the community. i have had experience on servers with the following ranks mod,admin and owner of course i am a fair patient person who loves to make people laugh and have fun at the same time be sensible.i have worked with many cases hacking,griefing,spamming and much much more.
How you can help:

i have been site moderator plenty of times as im always on the internet browsing at the same time i love to help and guide people in the right direction in game.

Past Experience:
i have been satff on may other servers. i have only started getting into minecraft a few months ago so i have drifted from MC and now im back looking for staff positions as i said im not one of these people who list the top servers.

Why would we pick you over others?:
i have had experience staffing and i am a fair person. i am very creative and funny once you get to now me i take drama and computing in school. so i now alot about computers i mainky code in lessons but i love to help people and decide i fair judgement on there punishment for there crime depending on what the server is.

How much time are you willing to spend for us:
4-6 hours weekends
3-5 weekdays
most weeks im free but sometimes i may have plays and such

How would you handle swearing?:
depends on the sitiuation if hes cussing then tell them to stop ,if there using this against someone then mute them depending on what they said and what the situatiion is
How would you handle racism?:
there should never be racism in the world let alone in agame i will mute them
How would you handle Homophobic calls?:
mute them. its there life there should not be homophobia

How would you handle two players fighting?:
as in a argument i will mute them both for a while then find out each sid of the argument then call a fair punishment
How would you handle two staff members fighting?:
depending on my rank and those who are arguing. lets say im admin and they are mods i will tell them to drop it and then ill look closer into why they are arguing and give them the correct punishment.
If you got into a fight with another staff or player what would you do (Write two explanations) :

it depends on the situation.

if im a higher rank and there a lower rank ill tell them that im in charge in this case and drop it theres no need to argue

i will call in a higher staff rank to sort out the situation as its not in my hand.

well i like to join small communitys that are growing i love to help and watch the server grow as a staff memmber.i am a very creative person that really enjoys sorting issues and like taking look into stuff.i am a creative person who is currently on a small growing server i like to spread my time on different servers to help them grow.I take compuer science so i now alot about computers.

Do you have any previous experience in skyblock/being staff, if so what?:
skyblock is fun and in some ways its like a server starting small and growing/expanding.As i have previously stated i am a server admin atm and have applied for a few to help watch them grow.

well i have had experience on many servers mainly admim. i love to moderate chat some people find it boring i like seeing what people are up to and i am strict but a funny guy once you get to now me.

how can i help? as i said i love to moderate chat and players what they are up to. also im the sort of person that when theres a dispute i like to hear both sides for example if two of my frainds are aguing i will simply mute one of them hear there side then the same for the other or unless they are calm just speek to them both. zero tolerance for racism bullys i hate it all

to help out the community of minecraft and i realy enjoy helping other people and staff and also like playing on servers some staff dont think they can play.
Why should we choose you?
i have had experience being staff and running a server im good with making kits and helping with configs and such. i hate staff that abuse there trust and commands. i am good at remmembering commands and such
Have you been banned before? (we can check your mc records so don't even try and lie)yes i have been banned for griefing on 2 serers a few redstone blockss and a few diamonds but i was a noob back then did not even now what essentials was lol so i am much more mature now.
Have you been staff/builder before on a server? If so what ones?yes arcane pvp and i have build my own server it was working but could not afford to keep it open but now im opening my own server again also been staff on a lot more servers and bout 4-5 but cant remember there names this was a few years ago untill u got back into minecraft after learning programing and such
*What builds have you done?i am more of a person that sort the configs out but i am still a prety good builder but i have not build that much to name really
