I had similar error messages come up on my server which I'm running on Linux. My server still works with the errors.
To fix the errors I did this:
1. Use the command find -name smithingtable_diamond_sword_to_netherite_sword.json 1a. I repeated the first step for a few of the .json files and found that all the errors where in the location behavior_packs/vanilla_1.18.10 folder. 2. I moved the folder vanilla_1.18.10 folder out of the folder and into a folder that the server does not look in. I did not want to delete it incase there is an update where those .json files start working again. I just moved it somewhere the server does not see that folder anymore.
