I'm still on a 7 year old Intel Core 2 Duo T770 2.4GHz. And Windows Vista.

Now before I begin I'm going to say I've not used any shader's before but I imagine they are very resource heavy especially in the graphics department.

If I'm reading right you're planning on using embedded graphics which gets its video memory by reserving a space within the main memory. All processing still happens on the CPU chip as embedded graphics is a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) embedded in the CPU. You would probably get average fps (barely) as embedded graphics generally struggle with heavy tasks.

You will be much much better off adding at least the AMD R7 240 graphics card option as a dedicated graphics card offers much better performance than embedded graphics. Even though they have the same 2GB of memory the AMD R7 240 would be much faster at processing graphics.

If you're getting a gaming PC, even if it's an entry level system it would be a bit pointless without a dedicated GPU.

I have an 8 year old Nvidia Quadro FX1600M with 512MB of dedicated VRAM. It's alright, but a bit choppy at times.

Actually no. In Minecraft it can get a solid 30fps but as soon as you start walking the framerate drops to 5-10fps.

The bats. Those pesky, annoying, irritating, squeaking, flying bats that are always in the way and are difficult to get rid of. There is not much nice things I can say about those bats. They are about as useful in the Minecraft world as a Magicarp in a Pokémon battle.
