Thanks guys for all your positive input! I really appreciate it! Be sure to check out my blog(which currently only contains this post) but where I will soon post more information along with videos that teach you how to make killer defenses and offenses. Also, I agree with madison that it is good to have a base of players that are intelligent and that you know, but unless you have a wide friend base on the server, you will need to do some recruitment. Just don't give them access to your whole base until your recruit has proved their worth.
