Reason: I have Lots of experience I've been OP about 3 times. I was a recent op in a well crafted server but ever since the server went down due to the owner not paying I never found a good server. I believe if you pick me I could get people to donate, stay, and have a great time.
About you: I am a really good operator and i'm not just saying that, I am "fair" and when noob ask for diamonds instead of giving them to him I say he could buy it at the chest shop (If you have one) and give him advice on how to get more money. I don't ban someone for being annoying I tell him to please calm down and to please be respectful. Basically i'm trying to say I am calm and can deal with new players to the server. I even ask if they want a guide.
I have also hosted my own server, but I didn't have money to pay for it long enough
