Why do you want this "job"?: Because I think it would be kinda fun to help out with a server and make it better than to let people just run around spamming, cursing, etc.
What are your expectations of other staff?: To be patient and polite, but when necessary, "mean." Not really mean, but i guess, "controlling"
What would you do in the scenario of a hacker, griefer, spammer, etc.?: I will warm them once. If they continued i would, if i have permission ban.
