A little bit of an essay (Where you come from, experience, intentions etc.):
I come from the usa. i am 18 and have left college to work because it became too expensive. i am a freelance graphic artist with the exp i got from school and can use photoshop with ease.
i am also a builder. i can use worldedit fluently and have some links ill post to prove it.
i am mature. i have a dont take no crap attitude which means to me if your just fooling around and not doing anything for an extended period of time ill confront you about it and tell you to get your act right.

head builder if possible. i am a very capable builder and i like to lead build teams with their projects to make sure everything is on schedule. but ill settle for builder if i cant have head builder

i have had tons of building experience ive been playing since beta. i havent found a serious server determined to go big so when i saw this as your main objective i had to join.

nice try but your resume doesnt prove your capable of anything. why would a server hire you if they dont know if you know perms, or how to use groups/groupmanager, or if you have any experience with building,worldedit or plugins. i think people would be more interested if you included some of these things in your resume

Experience:i have been building with worldedit since its release and building in general and administrating since beta
Ideas: a server with different things. like a town plugin where people make money from buying/selling resources. then buying a book costing x dollars to set up a town with protected region and perms. um also could be economy. or mcmmo. but should be like 5 major cities based on different aspects of mc. like one could be food and could contain farmland, one could be a mountain cities that buys/sells ores. one could be the main city that has like banks and the different portals to the cities.
should have an underwater city selling blocks like that and stuff. then a wilderness city for regular blocks.
however only certain blocks should be sold and for a set price. a economy can be quickly overinflated with money if prices arent set right. so a player shop plugin should be used so players have to rely on each other more for money
