The Snow Mountain Cathedral with free download is now live!

The Snow Mountain Cathedral interior if finished! I need to port it over to my creative server to prep the model for release. Stay tuned, the download will be out soon.

As promised, here is a sneak peak at the Snow Mountain Cathedral. So far, only the exterior is nearing completion. I still need to redo windows and some sort of buttressing. Once The exterior is done I will post it without download until the interior is complete.



I set out to complete a major part of the original vision for Snow Mountain; "To make a centerpiece that ties the whole town together." It certainly has become that! With the paved streets, landscaping, and the new northeast neighborhood, the entire character of the town has transformed from a cold mountaintop spawn into a sweet alpine town.

So, I've been working on to other projects for a while. Got caught up on the Factory series, built a railway, built my first suspension bridge, Built an iron farm, and a colonnaded garden retreat around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the industrial port.

The garden started out as an experiment to build a different kind of bridge. I have seen so many cool bridges, I needed a bridge, and I needed a break from the Industrial feel of the Factories and the brutal never-ending winters on Snow Mountain.



The bridge came out better than expected, but I couldn't stop! It soon became a colonnaded garden with a weeping Villager Moai monument. Yes, it cries. The reverse side of the monument has an alternate face (the button eyes turn on the tears). He kinda has an eerie angry, "i'm gonna eat you" look, doesn't he?



There is also an picnic area with tables and a grill all under the trees! Also, there are A couple of piers to fish from or tie your boat up at and a small vegetable garden (which was a design experiment to use on Snow Mountain. At least 40% of the little island retreat is yet to be developed but it is still a cool little place to duck every now and then.

Not sure if I'll make this a downloadable model or not. What do you Think?

Bunch of stuff!

Been working on a bunch of new things on our server. There is now a railway from the factory port town , Snow Mountain, and P983e7's castle down south. While building the railroad, I wanted to do something different than my standard arch support system to cross a valley in the path. So, I tried to make a suspension bridge so that they are no structures creating obstructions on the valley floor.



It's not perfect but it looks cool when you're riding the rails... Also looks good from Snow Mountain.

More to come in the Snow Mountain Spawn series; a couple new houses and my very first cathedral. Sneak peak tomorrow...

I'm upgrading my servers to 26.2 tonight so I need to get the next model out tonight. Therefore the Bamboo and Sugarcane factory is releasing as soon as I hit the post button. Again, there are two different skin versions: Original Sandcastle and Industrial Bricks... here's a peek...

The next factory is almost ready for release: The Mud and Mud Bricks Factory.

A couple more edits and it will be out. In the meantime, here is a sneak peak of one of the skin variants:



Update: The map has been released and is now making it's way in the wild...

New model out today and more coming!

Today we released another in the Factory series: the Clay and Bricks factory. It comes with two different style skins: a Sandcastle looking design and a more industrial looking Brick design...

There are a couple more coming in the near future (just need to get them ready for upload): Mud Brick Factory and the Bamboo/Sugarcane factory are on their way. The models have been built, I just need to port them over to my library and prep alternate skins for them.

In the meantime, here's a sneak peek at the new models...

Hate "new" drops system, this game updates too often now. Every time I want to build smth I need to update and of course necessary mods I use are not updated yet. Every time! Argh. Also I'll try to drop smth this summer I guess? Not sure, kinda busy with other things now.

A little sneak peek. This one will be huge!

Just uploaded a new map after a looong period of time.

Getting ready to upgrade our servers to 1.21.10. Here come the copper golems... We might even put them to work in some new factories in the planning stages.

After the upgrades, all new models (including new snow mountain spawn series models) will be released in 1.21.10 format. Existing models should work fine in the newer version so there are no plans, at this time, to upgrade prior releases.

It's out! the latest release from the Snow Mountain Spawn Series, the Snow Mountain Public House, is now here!
