Finally, a use for gold: stronger-than-diamond netherite equipment.

My vote is Other- wall blocks will finally show up as continuous walls instead of having gaps, and that will be extremely helpful for my builds.

I'm currently running Minecraft State on 1.14.4 while I wait for Forge, WorldEdit, Optifine, Sildurs Shaders, and Flows HD to update to 1.15. Until then, the public save won't get another update unless it's a hotfix for something I missed in Freeway Update 1.

The ability to reset old Nether generation on old Java Edition saves that you want to keep using. My state map (Minecraft State) started in 1.13.2 and I've explored a very small area of the Nether and built a bridge over a river of lava, but not much else. I wouldn't mind if I could reset the Nether so I could use it for more areas of my cities, as well as a transit system.

A way to convert Java world saves to Bedrock. I've been working on the same Java map for almost a year and a half, and all of my extended family has some version of Bedrock, whereas I'm the only one with Java.

I have another idea: some cows can randomly explode. It would have to be like a 1 in 50 or 1 in 100 chance that the cow can explode, and a 1 in 10,000 chance that it will do so at any given moment. No warning, just an explosion and it's gone, leaving nothing but a crater.

Optional: cheesy death message if the cow's explosion kills you: [player] was moomed

Baby creepers. Same explosion size as a normal creeper, same speed as a baby zombie.

Build this freeway interchange. Just the freeway parts, you don't have to add in any of the other roads if you don't want to. Lane markings aren't required either.

I guess I should add some pictures.

South Bay Interchange, connecting IB-95 to IB-295 in the South Bay district of Myers Bay. More detailed description on the project page.

Custom-built shields on the signage at the South Bay Interchange. I built a single background shield, and use a new map for each new numbered route. The only custom shield built for a state road is the MC 1 shield, present in this image.

Pickerville Viaduct, carrying IB-95 over local roads in Pickerville to connect Myers Bay to Ocean City.

The Riverside Interchange in River City, a standard cloverleaf connecting IB-40 with IB-140 (future IB-45).

The West Swampland Viaduct carrying IB-40 across the Central Wetlands, connecting Myers Bay with River City.

I will also have to renumber all of the east-west highways for the next update to reflect how much space I've chosen to fill for this map. IB-20 will be IB-10, IB-40 will be IB-20 (so I don't have to make a bunch of new signs.

Edit: the pictures should show up if you open them in a new tab

There's an image button in the comment editor, but the image has to come from an online source.

Also, if your world save is too large for PMC to host it (like mine), you can use an external file sharing program.
