Well i own a server first of all! And i am Admin on 2 and mod on a friends server! which was quite successful!
Reason we should pick you:I have found Your server to be one of the best servers that I have ever played on and would be honored to be staff on it. I can make daily youtube videos about the server as well and I can also help build fun things like more parkours, pvp, and anything else. I know that there are not always tons of people on, so I could advertise for the server a lot and get more people on, and in that case, you would really need another mod or admin to monitor them.
Overall, I am a very trustworthy person who you can contact at any time, I never abuse my powers, and I could really help make the server more popular, fun, and safe. If someone was breaking the rules, I would just give them a warning like "You are breaking a rule" or "please don't swear or caps…etc." I try to sound friendly so people won't find me as annoying or anything and also I just want players to like who I am, because I think that liking the staff is a very important thing.
I live in the U.K. in the GMT zone. I can come on from 3pm to 10-10:30pm (I might be AFK sometimes throughout the whole 7 hours though) I am 14 years old and have lots of experiences with being staff.
everyone found me as a fun staff member and not on just to ban people. I am familiar with how to reasonably punish people so they can eventually come back on and learn their lesson. I am not staff on these servers anymore because they either crashed (bad owners) and went down when 1.7 came out, so don't worry. The servers were called Kings of MC, Campcraft, Survival PvP, TheLazyWay, and more. These aren't the most popular servers, and they are down anyways, but they had at least 10 people on at any given time.
Being staff would also mean helping people, which I already have done. I always answer questions that new players might ask like "How do you check your money?" or stuff like that. Every time someone needs help, whether it is to craft something or they don't know a command, I am always there willing to help.
Usually when people are breaking the rules I also say "Please stop" or tell them what will happen if they won't stop (the punishments). If they don't, I will kick them, then temp-ban for 5 minutes, then for 10 minutes, then 2 hours, then 2 days, and then a week, and finally if they don't stop and are being really obnoxious, a ban forever. I would do this in most cases, unless, hackers of course, where I would just ban them forever if I saw true evidence of hacking that is dangerous to the server. If it was just sprint or fly hacking, I would kick, then temp ban for an hour, and what I mentioned above.
I am also a pretty good builder and specialize in design, details, and structures like houses, spawns, or buildings. This would be helpful for building almost anything and I am open to building whatever you would like me to build.
I would really like to help keep the language on the server clean, because my younger siblings (being 6 and 7 years old) play on here and I really don't enjoy having them being exposed to such vulgar language.
