Why should we pick you:i have built roller-coasters in the past that really seemed to impress people im nice unless you do something to really get under my skin and i like to see a started project get finished

What would you do if someone griefed the server:take some snapshots of the grief and the player doing so report it to higher ups and wait for the final call
What would you do if there was a situation on the server:if it was in my control take care of it but if not notify higher ups immediately
