Why do you want to be staff of MCMoon?: I am applying because I love working with servers. It is one of my favorite hobbies. I have much knowledge about running a server. I have ran my own servers with many plugins and even some mods. I would say I am very skilled at running a server because I ran my own somewhat successful server when I first made a server. I would love to work my skills on your server and make it an amazing server!I consider myself to be very honest and responsible with my actions. I think that being a Staff Member requires these traits, because other people see you as a leader. Leaders need to be honest and responsible.I answer all of the questions that the users have ask me even though I'm not a helper they can trust me cause they know I help a lot of people, Also I love helping people.I would say I am very skilled at running a server because I have had my own server for a bit so I can handle your server. Apart from server handling I have a ton of experience in minecraft as well, I have been playing Minecraft for about 3 and a half years now. So I do know each and every bit of it.
Any additional information: I am applying because I believe that minecraft is like a community. A place where people come together to share ideas and have fun. I want to be a part of this and help make this server a fun community. I am also applying because of how much I enjoy doing this. I love helping servers grow and become something amazing and I believe I can do this on this server. I love being a part of something and being dedicated to it. I also love helping people. I feel as if i have a knack for it. I also strive to do my best in solving problems and fixing arguments. I enjoy everything about being a staff member. I think enjoying what you want to do will help you succeed, so if I'm being a staff member on the server I would feel I would do well because of how much I love it. This is important because the main job of being a staff member is to help the server grow. Also I am very committed. I will put all of my time and effort into this server and make sure that I wont give up. Next, I am very experienced in being a staff member and in minecraft in general. In addition, I am trustworthy and honest. The main job of being a staff member is to help the players. Even if the question is a question that might not seem that smart of one, or it has an obvious answer it is our job to make sure that those player receive the help that they need so they can enjoy their time on the server and not be confused. A player can ask for help from me as much as they want . It might get annoying but I will make sure I wont show it and that they get the help they deserve.

How will you help MCMoon? : I will help McMoon Server in any possible way from configuring plugins till keeping the atmosphere of the server clean (Banning Hackers, Muting Abusers etc..). I will dedicate 7-9 Hours to this server. I also strive to do my best in solving problems and fixing arguments. If two people are fighting with each other I will try to sort out their problem in a such a way that both players agree on. I try best to not to ban a player. If a player asks me a question that does not seem to be a smart one, or it has an obvious answer it will be my job to make sure that the player receives the help that he needs so he can enjoy their time on the server and not be confused. A player can ask for help from me as much as they want . It might get annoying but I will make sure I wont show it and that they get the help they deserve. Also I am very committed. I will put all of my time and effort into this server and make sure that I wont give up.
If two people are fighting in the middle of the server, what would you do?:
Scenario 1: If those two people are fighting over something with same stories. I will to solve the issue in a way that both the parties agree, I will also ask the other people who listened their conversation. If the situation gets out of controlled and abusing starts a temp-mute maybe required until higher staff can come and help.
Scenario 2 : If those two people are fighting over something with different stories, I will first take a look at the chat, deeply trying to get to the core of the issue. I will then talk to both of them about their opinions and then come to a neutral conclusion.

I would like to add my previous experiences too, they are not in the application format but I would to make the community aware of them.
Previous Experiences: Over The past Three years I have worked on 14 servers
The first Server i worked on mctoolcraft was a small 15 slot server When I First joined I made a basic application and managed to get helper then about a week later I got ranked-up to moderator,Most days we had about 6 players but sadly we were getting no donations so the server owner could not afford to keep running the server.
Now on the second server I worked on a 36 slot server ToxicCraft I Was Moderator after that i managed to get admin so Your probably thinking what could be thinking what could be wrong with this server You see this owner had hired too many Staff but most of these staff were pretty lazy and they didn't really care about the server after they got there rank but I tried everyday to get them to work with me and advertise for players eventually the server shutdown due to no players Now I wont list all fourteen here so lets skip ahead to my most recent This server was called VoidCraft it was a 48 slot server with around 11 players a day on this server i got admin but sadly the Co-Owner Griefed so we had to close down.I Also Ran My own server in 2013 I had to shutdown though due to i was having too much homework.
