This stupid, minestatus is already regarded as the best minecraft server ranking site.
FOR ONE VERY SIMPLE REASON! VOTIFIER!!!!!!
Now planetmc want to jump in the mix.. the only good thing this update included was the introduction of banners.. the voting recaptcha shit is just stupid and there are already enough of those, when the only reason planetmc was a good place for any server to list itself on getting noticed. Would tihnk you'd have enough users and mods to sift out the exploiters of this server and down vote servers that don't put much effort into making there server page decent etc

So you've fixed a 'broken' system with an even more broken one.. good job NOT, don't bother making the layout better either.
Planetmc to think how many servers have brought you new members, by asking them to register in order to comment,diamond and favourite and this is what you do.. bring in some half assed voting system to try and force players to returning every 24hrs to vote (you don't even have fking votifier.. or anything to allow server admins to see who has given a diamond or favorited.. how about sorting out that !!!! .. instead of stupid half assed implementation of a seen it all before voting system that just sucks of incompetence and is only designed around one thing!! .. what next, minestatus bidding?
The only servers going to benefit from this are the same money grabbing sht donation servers designed around making it as hard as possible so players are almost forced to go vote. And what you are basically done is force every other server to operate like those crap servers!!!!, the reason why so many other people go to make there own servers to make it better and less stupid than those ones.
Don't bother combating the actual problem of users closing accounts and redoing server pages with crap page listings just to get to the top or anything else.
This change is a disservice to visitors of planetmc who came to find new servers not run by those with the same mentality of admins running servers who already have a large player count and sit at the top.
